[pmv] Wezzam - Rachel Brockman 1 (VR conversion included)

This started as a commission for kepazz's Rachel Brockman PMV. After looking into it and discussion with the commissioning lizardkin, wezzam's take on Rachel B translates much better to a Technolizard script with a more energetic and dynamic song - and visual edits that matches the song! So here it is! I think it turned out incredible and this pmv is amazing to loop - characteristic of all wezzam pmvs!

Multi-axis script uploaded with support for roll, pitch, and twist!
