Liora's Price of Dignity 0.3.0-prerelease-6

DESCRIPTION

The main goal of this week's update is two-fold:

Add new NPC with a service to show the progression of Thornefield's prosperity gain and unlock a new option where you can invest money to accelerate dungeon clearing: At town prosperity 9, you will find a new NPC in the Alchemist building who offers the service to improve your coatings for 500 Gold and 3 copies of the base coating. Add an option to deal a major blow to Edgar's prestige for those who want to role play more in the direction of trying to make him lose. The quest by the new NPC allows you to do just that.

There are quite a few details I'm not super clear on for the quest. Currently I am unlocking it at prosperity 9, but with Farm Defense having prosperity 8 as an alternate unlock condition, I might move this to prosperity 12 (which is the next prosperity slot where currently nothing is unlocked). The consequence being that it wouldn't be helpful for taking down the Demonized Warhound... but maybe we have enough tools for that by now anyways?

There are also a couple of difficulty related things for the quest as the reward is very powerful, but the difficulty I think isn't very high but maybe I'm wrong. It's a sneak quest similar to Papertrail so I didn't want to make it too difficult, on the other hand, it's a quest mostly for those wanting to prevent Liora's corruption (or roleplay doing so while having it happen anyways) so it has to have some difficulty behind it.

The quest also has a negotiation component at the end where you can decide to give evidence against Edgar's wrongdoings to him, exchanging the prestige damage for a powerful negotiation. With this we have the techncal support for the last missing negotiation type (quest -> full negotiation). But I'm actually not sure about it being a completely free negotiation - the money reward is pretty big.

If you decide to cause prestige damage to Edgar, there are also some further consequences such as making his cunning mood easier to trigger.

In other news, our artist Deniis who had little time for the project has reported back for duty and wants to focus on the project over the next week(s), so I hope we can see quite some output in the following days that I can then integrate into the release next week.
