So, here is a series of meals I made recently.
I made a coleslaw salad based on a YouTube video.
I have made potato salad, burdock salad, Caesar salad, and many other salads, but this was my first time making coleslaw salad.
It's good to do something new and stimulating for the brain!
The fried eggplant also turned out a nice color.
This is a series of low-sugar menus with eggplant as the main ingredient.
This one was also based on a YouTube video.
The whole eggplant is used in this dish, so it's quite filling and tasty.
I cut the eggplant on both sides to make it easier to eat.
It's a fun process once you get used to it.
But I don't make something special every day (because it would be too much work if I did it every day).

I usually cook chicken as it is.
It's good that I can make it look like that even if it's not!
I will start making some progress next week.
