INSECTOIDS - August Release Preview 2#

Greetings Travelers🧙‍♂️My next insectoid release is almost here! Just a week ish of time left and then I'll be able to share my bug boys with everyone :DTo highlight what the entire set, which will include 12 minis btw, here are the four unit designs within the set:

Scythe Drone | I already shared a preview of this humanoid ant in an earlier preview post. Now the design is finished by giving it a scythe melee weapon, hence, the name scythe drone

Hive Swarmer | These are pretty much just big ass ants with large mandibles for slashing and cutting. See them like workers of a hive

Barrage Wasp | Now here we're going a bit crazy. What if, I get a wasp and missile launchers and just plaster them together! Thats pretty much what happened during my concepting phase for this one. Its a wasp missile siege unit that has honeycomb missile launchers

Hive Queen Mantyra | This is the big girl of the set. Being a mix between a mantis and dragonfly. A large bug with giant blade arms and wings. This is one of the "queens" of the hive. I'll add more different queens in the future

As for their miniature sizes. Here you can see how tall the insectoids are compared to a 37mm human trooper. Not too small and not too big, the insectoids retain that monster sized ish fantasy, monsters that you could reason with.

This set will be released on August 3rd!
