DESCRIPTION

This is the main setting for the next animation, and it took me a good few days to put together properly. I wanted something that felt elegant, indulgent, and a little bit excessive, without making the scene so dense that the renderer starts screaming at me.

A lot of the assets here were found online, but they needed quite a bit of clean-up before they were usable. I retopologised pieces, redid UVs, adjusted materials, and generally tried to make everything play nicely together in Maya. Some of the objects are still fairly high-density geometry, but since most of them will sit in the background, that should be fine. As long as I avoid doing smooth previews on everything during rendering, most people probably won’t notice, and the scene should hold up well enough on camera.

The front of the manor is mostly a facade. Since the camera won’t usually be panning all the way around the building during individual sex scenes, there wasn’t much point in fully modelling parts that will never be seen. I’d rather spend that time polishing the areas that actually matter on camera.

I did make the balcony and front plaza properly, though. Partly because they help sell the building as a real location, but also because I may want to use them later for future animations with Gwen and Madelyn. It gives me a few extra scene options without having to rebuild the whole environment from scratch later.

For the interior, I tried to keep things rich but not overly cluttered. The room needed to feel like a lavish private manor, with expensive furniture, curtains, bookshelves, gold trim, a fireplace, and soft blue-green colours throughout. At the same time, I didn’t want to overload the scene with too many tiny props or unnecessary details. Every extra object adds more render weight, and for animation, that can become painful very quickly.

So the goal here was balance: enough detail to make the space feel luxurious and believable, but not so much that it becomes a nightmare to work with.

There’s still more work to do, especially with lighting, materials, and final camera setup, but the manor itself is now in a solid place. It already gives me the mood I wanted: secluded, expensive, warm, private, and just a little bit decadent.
