It is actually happening, bet some of y'all still aren't quite sure if this was some elaborate April Fools joke huh?
Anyway, here's a quick look of what went down!
So first up, we have updated the sprites for Eiko and Luka, the first two girls that you meet in the game. They have actual outfits now and technically can be naked, but no events exist to show their naked sprites yet.
Next up would be the UI, a bunch of stuff have been added, though pretty bare-bone-ish at the moment, no pun intended. They don't serve to do anything at the moment for the most part, cause we're pretty much still setting up the foundation and all that. So Stamina, Lust and Sanity doesn't do anything yet.
Another thing that I would also be changing soon will be the font as well as the text boxes soon, but it's not super important yet.
Another thing that was added is the phone, again, it's still pretty barebones for now, but it's more like a proof of concept at this point, eventually the phone will act as the menu, and you will be able to access more info there! I would also want to get your opinions on what info would y'all like to see for each girl, not just sexy stuff, like a pretty good suggestion I got was that it could include hints on how to trigger their next event. Then there's also the issue of how to show the progress of the rivals on said girls, which I had gotten a suggestion that I like, but I am open to more ideas!
Speaking of rivals, I have given them a placeholder image for now, but no worries, the rivals aren't active yet, they can't do anything yet.
Luka's first event is also now in the game, kind of. I'm not super happy with it to be honest, kinda feel like it could have been built up more, but we'll see how it goes. Do let me know if y'all have any feedback about it!
Speaking of feedback, just a quick FYI that the affinity game works on keyboard! You can use the arrow keys to control it!
Also had some art and did a bit of a minor upgrade to the map thing.
I do also plan on adding in a quick morning and night segment, now that we've gotten more feedback and more ideas in, like for the morning, it'll be something to transition from home to school. While for nighttime, I'm exploring the possibility of giving the players some actions and activities to do as well! Ideally a balance of sexy and non-sexy stuff, cause having it stuffed with purely sexy stuff feels kinda boring and less of a game and more of a scene viewer imo, but let me know what y'all think!
