The short version: I'm safe! No power though.Longer version:Yesterday hurricane Milton came through, there was a lot of wind, a lot of rain, a lot of flashes from power lines around here and yeah... it's kinda bad! A lot of trees fell over, a lot of tree debris, some houses here had trees fall on the roof but extremely lucky for me we didn't have a tree fall on our house. Lots of big branches, tiny branches, some soffit got screwed up, almost had some flooding but nothing horrible happened thankfully.I made backups of stuff and tried to secure my hardware just in case but fortunately the house didn't get like, get a hole in the roof or something.Since the power is out I can't really do much... I've been working on something on my laptop (started modeling something) but the battery is already half done so... can't do much on it. Unless I got somewhere with power when businesses are open and got power... 🤔 I'm not sure when power will be back but as soon as it's back I'll be up and running again!(Also sorry for not saying something sooner, I wanted to use as much of the sunlight hours of the day as I could cleaning up debri and stuff. So yeah if anyone might of been worried about me don't be!)
