DESCRIPTION
Chun-Li won the September Poll, but I ran into some stupid problems that made it more difficult than it needed to be. I also wanted to try painting in stuff and relying less on lines. I also obsessed over how to draw her head, it was REAL bad. Anyway, I'm happy with how it turned out and I hope you like it too.
Ingrid from Taimanin Asagi won October so I will be working on her next. I may start the next poll a little early, but regardless polls will continue like normal.
