A more 'dark romance' vibe for today! I realised I never did something like this, where Valtor captures Bloom, and I couldn't resist π
I do believe many of us secretly hoped he would kidnap Bloom as Darkar did, but for entirely different reasons π
I sometimes see people call ETI a 'dark romance', but it doesn't really fit in that category for me. I see it more as a dark-ish Romantasy, with an enemies-to-lovers relationship. Dark romance tests the boundaries a bit more and can even be considered taboo or disturbing.
Which can be enjoyable once in a while, but not the way I want to go with ETI. I prefer a bit more sweetness and less trauma, hahaha. So I'll keep this genre for the Dark Fairies only π
I did play around with the idea of Bloom being captured by Valtor in ETI, but I feared it would be a bit much for some people and would not lead to a 'believable' romance. But maybe a fun idea for the future as a short comic or something π
