簡單總結, 一份月費不能下載兩個月的月卡。
假如你在1月5日加入, 你需要等待patreon在2月5日收取你的2月的費用後, 你就能立刻使用網站自行下載2月的卡。
如果你在1月31日加入, patreon會在2月28日向你收取費用。
由於我會在每月的1號和每月的最後一天關閉下載通道, 所以你不應該在每月最後一天加入patreon, 以免你沒有充足的時間下載。也避免在每月第一天加入, 因為時差關係, 你可能會被patreon歸入為上個月的會藉。
你可以使用另一個Patreon帳號加入或者加入我的fanbox, 就能立刻下載最新的月卡。請不要忘記退出你原本帳號的會員資格。
每月2號才會配布角色卡。我的角色卡不適合用來做MMD, 加入前請三思。

簡単にまとめると、1か月分の会費で2か月分の月間カードをダウンロードすることはできません。
例えば、1月5日に加入した場合、Patreonが2月5日に2月分の料金を引き落とした後、すぐにサイトから2月のカードをダウンロードできます。
もし1月31日に加入した場合、Patreonは2月28日に料金を引き落とします。
毎月1日と月末にダウンロードチャンネルを閉じるため、月末に加入すると十分なダウンロード時間がなくなる可能性があります。また、月初の1日に加入するのも避けてください。時差の関係で、Patreonに前月分の会員として扱われる可能性があるからです。
別のPatreonアカウントで加入するか、Fanboxに加入すれば、すぐに最新の月間カードをダウンロードできます。元のアカウントの会員資格を忘れずに退会してください。
キャラカードは毎月2日に配布されます。なお、僕のキャラカードはMMD用には適していませんので、加入前によくご検討ください。

To keep it simple: one monthly payment only covers one month’s card—you can’t get two months with a single fee.
Say you joined on January 5. You’ll need to wait until Patreon charges you on February 5 for the February payment, then you can instantly download the February card from the site.
If you joined on January 31, Patreon will charge you on February 28.
Since I close the download channel on the 1st and the last day of each month, it’s better not to join on the very last day, you might not have enough time to download. Also, try to avoid joining on the 1st, because with time zone differences Patreon might count you as part of the previous month.
You can join with another Patreon account or sign up on my Fanbox to instantly download the latest monthly card. Just don’t forget to cancel your membership on your account.
Cards are released on the 2nd of each month. And just a heads-up: my character cards aren’t meant for MMD use, so please think carefully before joining.
