DESCRIPTION
I've been itching to design more characters, and I've really avoided the cool tones, so I decided to making a blue OC.
I've also been wanting a character I can kinda slap into any situation/scenario easily, so maybe she'll work. This is a pretty early draft, so things may change whenever I get to drawing her again. but I'm curious what you guys think of this design so far.
