Thanks to ya'll, I wrapped up Lexual Does The 90s, I launched my new website, and I wrote/produced/edited 10.5 out of 11 videos for my YouTube channel! As I'm writing this, my YouTube subscriber count is approaching 400,000! WOAH! It's been an amazing nine years running Intelexual Media so far, but it's time for me to go even harder. Black America Rewind
This general history series will refresh your knowledge of Black American history, covering the decades from the 1920s to 1990s. Our history WILL NOT BE ERASED! Starting December 10th, a new entry will pop up nearly every week on the Intelexual Media Instagram and my website. Sources will only be published here on patreon for paid subbies! The Black America Rewind series will serve as a foundation for future content. Additionally, this content format-- instagram carousel/blog post-- will be a major part of my work going forward as I explore not just history but studying history. Never fear, there will still be videos, but I want to stimulate more reading in my audience and attract new viewers!
Lexual Does The XXXXs
This is an in-production series following Lexual Does The 70s-90s, and will be of the same quality you've hopefully come to expect from me! This is not likely to be completed until 2027/2028. I know that seems like a long time to wait, but a lot of stuff will be happening in the meantime and I promise the series will be worth it!
Passion Projects
In addition to Black American general history, 2026 will be filled with food history, regional history, sex history, true crime history, [redacted] history, and more :). I wish I could be more specific, but there's always the potential that prematurely announcing topics gives ideas to people who steal (and this is worsened by generative AI!) As I mentioned, I edited 10.5 videos this year (in comparison, I edited only 5 videos myself in 2024). I aim to do around 10-12 in 2026, which of course, will be published here first with sources. I also hope to publish more short works of fiction here. There's a short story coming here to patreon by December 10th.

I aim to enhance information retention for my viewers by turning my long-format visual content into digestible multimedia courses. My free website makes a wide portion of my material more accessible, independent of YouTube advertiser requirements. I also enjoy having more control over how posts are formatted, as well as the ability to revive old passions for web browsing before the rise of social media apps. Remember when you hopped on random websites and scrolled for hours? IntelexualMedia.com is there for that reason! Lastly, for those of you who have been around for a while, you know my sound quality wasn't always up to par- so going back and creating written versions of my old content has been important to me. This follow-up to Angry Black Girl (which turns 10 in 2027!) has been in the works for the past 4-5 years and is slated for completion in 2027.
