Current patrons will not be charged.
Newer patrons will be charged up front as usual.
Basically, until charges resume, you should have only been charged once.

The month after Chloe's clothes is released will be unpaused. When it's done, I have absolutely no clue.

There are only a few patron exclusive mods, but I honestly can't remember them.
