Update 3/16: Hello all! Quick notification here to let you know that today is the last day to participate in the first round of our community-generated map prompt. It's shaping up nicely, however there are a couple of portions that submissions are very split on, so if you're looking to weigh in on that please do so soon! I'll release the second and final round of that process tomorrow!
🎊With the arrival of March we have hit our 9-year milestone since the patreon's inception🎊
I've got a couple of things in store for release this month (as well as a little into next month too!) but for now, rather than pepper your inboxes with extraneous notification emails I am condensing several facets of our 9-year-announcement to this post. I will also update it once or twice over the next few weeks so that no one misses out that wants to participate in the time-sensitive opportunities here:
As is tradition, I've crafted a new yearly patron-feedback-poll for all who are willing to fill out. If you're unfamiliar, this form helps provide direct feedback to me and shapes all facets of the way and types of content I make in the future. These polls have directly lead to: increasing the number of asset packs released each month, asset themes like adventure assets and planar assets, and quality of life tools like the monthly recap posts and asset database.
In year's prior I have thanked survey participants with an invitation to contribute to the community-generated map prompt (see below) and other goodies. I have decided to open up that map prompt generation process to everybody and instead will be sending a new battle map to all survey participants.

I've worked to remove questions that are no longer relevant, condense sections, and add new ones to respond to current needs. If I could highlight a couple of new questions:
There is a question regarding patreon payment structure; please understand this is not an indication that anything is changing, just want to gauge your all's perspective
I've reorganized a new 5E-focused section in the poll where one of the questions will be which 5E module you'd like to see me take on next. If that's a decision that's of interest to you, here would be the time to indicate your preference
Finally, at the very end is a question about organization of files themselves; I know many of you have at different times voiced wanting the assets/maps/tokens to arrive one way or the other--would love if you could put words to those ideas here!
As mentioned above, the Community-Generated Map was an exercise that I have previously limited only to those who chose to participate in the annual patron survey. I have decided to instead open this up to all of you regardless of your involvement in the survey because it's just super fun.

This is the process that has led to some of our most unique map locations, last year's Moonlit Summons map being the most recent example. It will be a 2-step process, with this first round giving us the 'overall contour' of the idea for the map, while the second round will help us land on those juicy details.
Participants will have until March 16th to respond to this first round, after which point I'll gather up the responses and craft a more unique second round survey and update this post accordingly.

And finally, our community asset pack! Every year I open the gates to those of you with specific needs that for one reason or another, don't have suitable representation in library. Whether it's a purple platypus (actual example), a mythic statue of ice, or a very particular kind of 3-tiered cake, please come and pepper me with whatever you may need visualized as an asset for your maps.
