I'm officially back from my 1 month break and ready to continue the comic. I thought it would be a good idea to make a little update post.
Danish publishing of My Girlfriend Doesn't Moan (or rather, the lack off):
I send a comic pitch to 2 danish publishers (a big one and a smaller one) and sadly neither were interested in printing the comic. While the bigger company did say that they found the story interesting, they just didn't have a category that would fit it. They did however encourage me to send them something else whenever I had some (SFW I presume), so that was nice!
The smaller company didn't even read the pitch and just informed me, that at this point in time, they didn't accept any new comics. They were gonna spend the year thinning out their stock (Nowhere on their website did they write this....)
I'm now thinking about dividing the comic into 3 or 4 bit and getting them printed into zines and sell them at cons in Denmark. It would be cheaper to print them that way, instead of getting 50 books for 800+ euros and not knowing if they would sell.
What I do when I don't draw as my creative outlet:
Hah, I still draw but I really tried cutting back in this break. Instead of sitting in my workroom I moved my laptop to the living room and basically sat there for the entirety of the break (gaming, listening to stuff etc).
I wanted to make sure it would feel nice to get back into my work area afterwards, so shaking it up with a different environment always helps.
Down below I'll attach some pictures of what I've been fidgeting with (drawings too), while pretending comic making didn't exist. Luckily, spring is coming along and I had the saddest collection of Easter/spring Knick knacks so instead of buying some, I made them instead.

Besides that I read book/comics, I take walks (for my stupid mental health), play PlayStation and the like. Many brain off but hands busy activities. It's been good.
