DESCRIPTION
One thing I run into working without too much of a plan is 'scope creep'. You're working on a project and you have that temptation to go "Oh, you know what? I could add this-" which multiplies your work. Animation is already a work intensive medium, so any little thing is like another 2-3 hours of legwork.
So there's the contrast of reigning yourself back so you're not destroying your wrists because you wanted just one more shot. Not to make a pun, but the macro and micro of project work is important.
