Why the Vizard DIDN’T Use Their Hollow Masks in TYBW (And Why They WILL in Cour 4)

Hello!

The Vizard don't use their Hollow masks much, if at all, during the TYBW Arc. Why not? What does it mean for characters like Mashiro and Hiyori to use them, but not the Captains? And, what does it mean for them all to use them in TYBW Cour 4?
