All characters mentioned in the character bios channel on the discord are eligible excluding Madame Lorelei and she-who-shall-not-be-named. The previous 10 winners are excluded from that random drawing. The winner of this poll will be portrayed in a scene that only super-vips will get to vote on. Scenario options are based on my own personal choices of which scenarios make sense for individual characters and will not be chosen at random.
