DESCRIPTION
Officer Quinn returns with Devyn, determined to break the case by making Laney watch her friend suffer. As Devyn is put through relentless tickle session, Quinn doesn’t notice Laney freeing herself. In a sudden reversal, the officer is captured instead, left helpless as Laney and Devyn gang up on her. The girls escape laughing, leaving Quinn behind and the case completely unsolved.
