Cop Tickler

Starts outside with Sadie arresting Jenna and bringing her in for questioning. She's been caught stealing clothes and leaving the mall. Once inside Sadie cuffs her to a pole. Sadie tickles and questions Jenna about the clothes and Jenna never gives her any real answers making Sadie go harder. At the end the last two mins. Jenna escapes and cuffs Sadie to pole tickling her before escaping.
