I still remember that day... I was a man who wandered as an adventurer, carrying my sword and backpack, stepping into this long-forgotten abandoned castle. The castle was covered in dust, the air was cold. I just wanted to find a place to spend the night, but as I pushed open a broken old door, a heavy black coffin suddenly flew down from above and slammed shut on me.
Darkness, coldness, suffocation... I struggled desperately, but no matter how hard I tried, I couldn't push open the coffin lid. Time seemed to lose all meaning. I don't know how long I slept inside—perhaps years, perhaps decades, or even longer. Until one day, a strange warm current surged through my entire body, and I suddenly woke up. The coffin lid slowly opened by itself.
When I crawled out of the coffin, everything had changed. I looked down at my body—my originally strong arms had become slender and pale, soft curves had appeared on my chest, and long silver-white hair cascaded like a waterfall over my shoulders, reaching all the way to my waist. In the mirror was a girl with violet eyes and delicate features, wearing this black-and-white gothic maid outfit, with layered skirt hems, paired with black stockings and high heels. I... had become a vampire girl.
At first, I panicked and tried to recall my past identity, tried to find my old sword and adventure gear, but my body instinctively rejected those things. Sunlight had become deadly to me, and the reflection in the mirror made me realize that I could no longer live as my former self. The habits of a vampire had been deeply imprinted in my blood. I needed fresh blood to sustain this body's vitality.
Now, I can only spend the long years in this castle, living as this vampire girl. At night, I sit in this room with its black-and-white checkered floor. Outside the window is a huge purple full moon, and the red curtains sway gently. I gracefully lift the cup filled with blood mixed into a warm drink and sip it slowly, feeling the warmth flow down my throat. Occasionally, I lie in the soft black coffin, feeling the skirt hem lightly brush against my legs, the black stockings wrapping around my long legs, and the sound of high heels gently tapping the floor.
I have learned to care for this long silver hair, tying a strand with a black butterfly bow; I have learned to smooth the skirt under candlelight, feeling the touch of the layered lace; I even walk barefoot across the floor, experiencing the lightness and sway that girls feel when they walk. I watch the red petals drifting outside the window and gently reach out to catch them, letting them fall onto my white hair and black skirt.
Sometimes, I sit at the coffin by the window, gazing at the huge purple moon, recalling the days when I was an adventurer—those times of swinging my sword in battle and crossing mountains and rivers. But now, those memories have become distant and blurred. I am no longer that man. I am the only resident in this castle, a vampire girl who sustains herself on blood. My life is peaceful and lonely, yet it carries a strange serenity.
I have accepted this new self. Every night, when the moonlight pours into the room, I sit here, drinking blood, feeling every inch of change in my body, experiencing all the subtle sensations of being a girl—the itch of hair brushing against my cheek, the freedom of the skirt dancing in the wind, the tightness of the black stockings wrapping my legs... All of this has become my life now.
Perhaps this is the eternity that fate has arranged for me. I no longer resist. I simply stay quietly in this abandoned castle, continuing to live in this girl's form through one purple-moonlit night after another.
