Deep within the Furnace Warrens of the Mortisphere stands the Glass Kiln, a massive industrial relic still operating long after its makers are gone. An intelligent iron golem—the Kilnwarden—continues to oversee its function, obeying directives issued by a master who died during a catastrophic act of sabotage. Now, breaches in the crucible have allowed magma creatures to pour into the kiln, led by a fanatical lava child priest who views the forge as a blasphemy against true creation.

The characters arrive as the system nears collapse. If the kiln fails, it could devastate the surrounding district; if it continues, it will keep processing souls into tools of the Unmade. The party must decide whether to stabilize the forge, destroy it, or exploit the chaos—knowing that their choices may reveal a path toward the Last Bastion, or close it forever.

Iron Golem Kiln is a Fifth Edition adventure designed for 3-5 characters of 11th to 13th level.
