🔥 NEVERENDING DUNGEON: PART III — THE GRIMDELVE IS HERE 🔥

The dungeon deepens.

We’ve descended past the Shattered Gate of Khuldraz-Thane…We’ve endured the choking industry of the Gloamforges…And now we arrive at the breaking point:

THE GRIMDELVE.

This third chapter in the Neverending Dungeon takes you into a shattered complex of black-glass crucibles and obsidian-choked halls where duergar industry has collapsed into something far more dangerous. Here, frozen magma has transformed ordered corridors into a jagged maze, elementals spill through fractures in reality, and uneasy alliances shape survival.

But more importantly…

👉 This is the first true junction of the dungeon.

For the first time, players and GMs can choose their path forward:

🔥 Descend deeper into ruin and fire, toward The Godscar, where something vast and molten rules

🌑 Break west into the unknown, entering an entirely new megadungeon: The Rootmaze, a wild and untamed underworld beyond duergar control

This is where the dungeon stops being linear—and becomes yours.

⚒️ WHAT’S INSIDE THE GRIMDELVE

A warped obsidian labyrinth of crucibles and cooling chambers

The Dourthane Remnant, clinging to survival and plotting their return above

Elemental incursions and shifting territory

New factions, strange alliances, and volatile threats

A branching structure that opens the dungeon into multiple megadungeon paths
