Grimdelve is coming to an end.
This week, we finish it.
The black-glass crucibles cool. The obsidian rivers harden. The last of the Dourthane Remnant either reclaim what’s theirs… or are buried beneath it. Grimdelve closes as a complete, playable section of the dungeon—another massive piece of the Neverending Dungeon locked into place.
And with that—
The first book is done.
It’s been fully proofed and is now going to print. Once it’s ready, copies will begin shipping out. If you’ve been following along since the Shattered Gate, this is the first time you’ll be able to hold a full section of the dungeon in your hands.
More details on shipping soon.

The order sheet for the second book is on the way. Keep an eye out—once it drops, you’ll be able to claim your copy as we move into the next phase of the dungeon’s physical releases.
What’s Next: The Rootmaze
After next week, we turn west.
Beyond the dwarven citadel, past the sealed stone and forgotten thresholds, lies something older. Wilder. Wrong in a way the ordered cruelty of the duergar never was.
The Rootmaze begins.
Expect tangled growth, alien ecosystems, and something that doesn’t care about stone, steel, or the memory of dwarves.
Shortly after this update, I’ll be posting a poll to determine the monster theme of the Rootmaze. This next section is going to take on a life of its own—and you’ll help decide what’s waiting in the dark.
