I rarely drink coffee. I try to avoid trigger food as much as possible, but I’m afraid it’s not possible in 100%. Can’t remember the last time I drank coffee. Today I decided to have one with almond milk. I’m scared of getting symptoms, Barrett’s esophagus and even cancer. I keep feeling like an air bubble in throat, sometimes I clear my throat.
I take PPI and I have a GI visit in a month. I think I have to go get an endoscopy anyway.
Anyway. Just wanted to vent. I think I just cannot accept the fact that this is my life forever.
Maybe I should take some pills for anxiety? I’m fairly sure my LPR is mostly caused by an endless stress and anxiety so maybe it will calm my LPR down.
I keep asking Chat GPT for things and stuff and he claims that complications from acid reflux are really rare. Yet you read about it in the comments on TikTok all the time. ChatGPT says it’s an information bias or whatever. Basically that only sick people comment things like that and those who actually live a normal life with acid reflux don’t comment on forums and TikToks. Maybe it is true.
