NPCs reacting to wenches or wenches to them.

I wonder what people think is more important or prefer.Do you think is more important that regular npcs react to the wenches, like them being naked for example or is it better to focus more on the wenches adding more dialogues about them talking about their surroundings like Yuriana talking about Riften or be aware of some important vanilla quests. What about npcs/wenches talking to each other?
