The Physio is starting to pay off. It's still a fair bit of pain, but I've started regularly lifting weights to build up muscle to compensate for a spinal column and left shoulder that are trying to do an impersonation of overcooked rice.
That said, I was able to sit down and full bore finish a commission that I had on the backburner for what feels like ages. I normally hate leaving commissions that are paid for unfinished for weeks on end. That said, it was fun to get back into, and obsessively paint fur again. I do need to figure out a way to perhaps abstract the process though as it legitimately takes ages to do by hand.
I'm going to be taking a month off of commissions, however. I pushed myself a bit hard to get this one done, as I'm a stubborn ox, but I need a break from starting the next one right away to catch up on personal art and some patron sketches I still need to send notices out about. It will also give me a chance to catch up on the Patreon site here as well, as I'm working on categorizing things so I can start doing world-content, and maybe start showing off a VERY random comic I started, which might just be a short one, I have no idea, but it's been itching at the back of my head for months now.
I'll have some sketchwork of an updated picture that I'm doing of an old work of mine from years back. I wanted to see if I'd progressed any since then, and at least when it comes to buildings and perspective, I have. I should have that sketch preview out in the next little while.
Please enjoy leggy wolves. I had to borrow legs from other tall creatures to add onto the leggies of these two, because OMG all the leggies were needed.
Until the fridge.
