Sorry for being quiet, but just as we thought our life had settled, the Landlord threw us a curveball and refused to extend our lease, necessitating a rather crazy, rushed and exhausting house search.In any case, I managed to redo this CGI to comply with as many ToCs as possible while still delivering a somewhat entertaining view.
