Hey everyone,
It's been a while.
We surprise dropped Sunset Rose 0.2 and we plan to release 0.3 somewhere around July 31 - August 2 weekend, depending on how testing goes. With that we're reducing the time between the two updates to about 6 weeks (if we actually manage to release on that weekend, we'll see).That's trending to where I want it to be, which is one update every month.
So about what's been cooking in the Lewd Lab these past couple of months:Mainly I was setting up the new production pipeline (still), Had a lot of personnel changes at the beginning of the year so I had to almost start from scratch again.It's certainly been an experience and if anybody has managed a business before they can probably agree one of the hardest part of it is finding the right people. It's a lot of work and not really work I can show off to you guys right away.I'm optimistic about the team now, though, so that's good news.
About Sunset Rose
We're introducing a new female character: Amara the librarian. I'll post some pictures of her for you in a preview post in the next couple of days.
And since we mentioned the library, we are working on a minigame that takes place in a library with the involvement of Amara, and two more minigames, one of them involving a different upcoming character. But these most likely will only appear in the 0.4 update.
For 0.3 we are develping a Stats Screen for the characters, including MC where you'll be able to check your progress with the ladies and various other information about them and MC too.
Overall, the goal is to speed up and release more content for you guys. It's been a struggle, but I had to bite the bullet and do the preparations now so that everybody can benefit in the future.
