If SBQ engine is v0.2 you only need to replace starbecue.pak with the new one
Fixes
Actually fixed the settings menu displaying the correct value
Compatibility patches added in previous version hadn't had every template value replaced and caused issues in the deed, they've been fixed, I'll make sure to double check fan provided patches in the future
Changes
Scale is re-applied shortly after warpin (to make it respect potential limits placed on scale via the settings enforcer on that world)
settings enforcer can set min/max values for number type settings
