Fixed the broken data in glaceon race's compatibility patch that was causing it to fail
Fixed some filepaths for crylan that weren't pointing to the right files
Made avail shaped races be using the correct fg leg masks and part offsets
Made delphox and braixen use the correct leg masks as well
fixed some transform groups that shouldn't have been interpolating interpolating
updated the leg animations for all the quadruped races
Luxio race added to the pokemon races pack (no I did not create an entirely new race in a week these have just been sitting in my files for years I just fixed their animations and made them actually function)
Actually committed the unfinished Naga animations that have been sitting here on my computer for a while, and made the tail selectable even though they're unfinished (I am hoping people don't see unfinished stuff and then poke me about it thinking its an error)
Fixed Giant Vaporeon to work again
Fixed most of the Ziellek Dragon to work again
