Hi!
I've just uploaded in the post below a PDF tutorial about painting abdominal muscles and chest armor of my Flawless Blades chaos space marine.
My goal here was to paint him as super pale like Lobo from DC Comics, and then add a bit more blue to his muscles.
Other than that, I paint colors as a bit darker than I usually paint in order to make them more saturated.
The interesting thing is that today I uploaded a PDF tutorial about painting those parts of this model, and in the next week I will upload a video tutorial documenting this entire process, so you will be able to follow my work in both forms; a PDF step-by-step tutorial and a video tutorial.
