Hey guys,
If you are wondering why there hasn't been any posts from me for a while, it is mainly because the past month wasn't the best for me (and certainly wasn't the best way to start the year). When I returned to my full-time job after my holiday break I was stressed out and overworked, spending some weekend days to fix issues or monitor deployment releases. It was so stressful for me that when I return home, I didn't really want to do anything on my free time except play Vintage Story. I am burnt out... again.
I also wasn't feeling confident and motivated with my art skills or even my game making skills. It doesn't help when I receive some negative feedback and feel like my art isn't on par with other amazing artists, especially ones I look up to. It also doesn't help that Ori and the games, the main reasons why I wanted to do art, are slowly being forgotten.
I know these feelings are temporary. I do want to get back into art, especially making more Ori content (and other things as well). I believe my full-time job is becoming less stressful as I am trying to find balance with my work and hobbies.
Right now, because of my lack of posts and me wanting to not be so stressed, the billing is paused for a month and will resume Feb 27. I'll still post during the time including the art poll for Feb 2026.
