I'm excited to introduce the improvements made to the Soundboard & Soundpad module over the past few weeks, based on your feedback and requests.
1. Multiple soundboards
You can now manage multiple soundboards and easily switch between them. Organize and categorize your sounds and music however you like.
2. New sound settings
When configuring a sound on your soundboard, new options are now available : Audio Channel, Repeat and Fade Duration (Volume was already available).
3. New slot sizes
To give you maximum flexibility in creating your soundboards, new sizes have been added.
And here is a representation of each size based on the type of button (text, icon, image, FA). Obviously, your image or icon should fit the dimensions for the best result.
(Also, note that it is possible to hide unused slots for a cleaner display)
4. New drag & drop options
Some additional options:
Drag & drop a sound from a playlist into a slot to configure it.
Drag & drop a playlist into a slot: it will randomly play one of the sounds from the playlist.
Hold down CTRL while moving a slot to copy/duplicate it.
Click the middle button on a slot to delete it (after confirmation).
5. Macros
The module also includes a few macros to quickly show/hide your soundboards.
6. Audio Channel for Soundpads
The option to select the audio channel has also been added to the interface of the predefined soundboards from creators Michaël Ghelfi and Tabletop Audio.
I hope you’ll enjoy these new features.Thank you!--Sven
