Her only source of income now is the feed from Vanessa.
By our world Standards she is wealthy, but compared to what Black Faction has its nothing.

She is getting desperate to complete the tasks given to her.
She is paying criminals well above what the going rate is for Jobs her and her henchwomen would have completed easily.
But the number of Henchwomen in the Outer is thinning out.
