Color thumb

This drawing was done spontaneously because I wanted to color some neon colored animals.

I tried to express the tentacles like whiskers.

I could have drawn more, but I deleted them because I thought the drawing was already too complicated.

I made the flowers in the background a bit blurry.

This gives them a bit more movement in the water and gives more attention to the jelly.

Flower hat jelly look like a jellyfish, but belong in the class Hydrozoa. It's not exactly a true jellyfish, but seems it's commonly called jellyfish. In Korea, their name also includes 'jellyfish'.

Anyway, it's definitely jelly. I want to draw more jelly..... here are some sketch of my favorite jellies.

It's summer, so I think a lot about marine life.

I probably won't be able to go see the beach this year, but drawing pictures of marine life makes me feel closer to the ocean :)
