More Bracelet design

I designed additional embroidered bracelets/bookmarks for the upcoming Secret Shop.

I originally planned to design just one and make more someday later. Unfortunately, however, embroidered products may now subject to a new law recently enacted in the U.S - CPSC eFiling. So, I realized that this Secret Shop might be the last chance to produce and sell embroidered items and enamel pins. (The law went into effect on July 8th, but the K-Packet shipping service I use has a grace period until October, so I can ship this time. In other words, if you live in the U.S., this might be your last chance to order embroidered items and pins, so don't miss out! - Oh, and stickers and postcards are not affected by this law.)

This might be my first and last embroidered product 😂

Anyway, I really love the finished shrimp, so I'm really looking forward to seeing how the sea slug and isopod turn out.

We should be able to see sample photos this week. The design above is a draft, so it might change during production. I'll share it via Quip once I receive the photos.

The work process proceeded as follows.

I wanted to include the Cubaris pink panda king, but I decided to exclude the pink because unifying the colors to yellow and blue would create better balance.

I think the sea slug design will good, but I'm not sure how the thin lines of the isopod will turn out 😂 I explained two different directions when discussing with the factory,but I think the final decision will depend on the results. It might turn out exactly as I envisioned, or I might have to completely revise the design.

This is a sketch of an animal called dik dik.

They are very small... and live in Africa. I drew African violets together.

And a sketch of a sugar glider. Lately, I've been drawn to animals with big eyes.

The ideas I am considering for the next new theme or icon are as follows:

Snake

Summer crow icon

These are rough samples of Corn Snake's LOCK screen and HOME screen, and I'm debating between the dark and light versions. Right now, I'm about 80% leaning toward the dark one.

These are icons and alphabets suitable for summer.

Oh, and regarding U.S. CPSC eFiling, I’ve done research myself and studied the solutions. However, personally, I don't think it will be easy to resolve. Since I only sell products very occasionally and the sales volume isn't high, it will be difficult to handle every single issue 😭. Or even if I do find a solution, it might take a long time. Because I work alone, it is hard for me to handle everything. I would appreciate your understanding!

Anyway, as I mentioned earlier, those regulations are scheduled to take effect in late October for postal parcels, So, it won't affect the Secret Shop this time ✌️
