A quiet, park on a small but busy town and a manhole's lid mysteriously open amidst one of its paths, a manhole emitting an ominous and toxic purple smoke from a deep and even more mysterious source, late at night, with none in sight...
None but Soleil, a tall model-like and busty blonde, all dressed up to kill as she waits for her romantic date to pick her up, the blonde not realizing she just wanders too close to the open manhole before she starts accidentally breathing in big portions of that purple fume, with the results being immediate and quite voluminous too! At first her facial color starts turning deep blue, with the discoloration spreading down to the rest of her body rapidly as her body parts and curves all start expanding right before her eyes as they kept getting heavier and wider with some weird sloshy substance that fills her up like a blue woman-blimp!
