Update with Patreon

First of all I would like to apologize for not updating this like ever. I keep forgetting about it. I've paused the billing cycle for next month. I'm trying to decide what I want to do here... I think I might make this so this is just a general support Patreon, because, at least at this point, I'm not super capable of keeping my promise with the tier goals.

So here are the changes I'm making.

- Most tier goals are being removed. I will write doewn who's subscribed to each tier and think of some form of payback for the time being. I am not financially stable enough to do that with actual cash so it'll probably be with art.

- All paid tiers will gain access to the Discord server, although I do not know how active it will be.
