I would love at some point to test some of the very well known brand IIIA vests, as this panel from Omni Protex has a LOT going for it. They're flexible while being thin and lightweight. They're made in the US, and the materials used are stopping the copper wonders that we've shown in the past to destroy IIIA. The only ding is the duct tape he used on the inner cover, when one of those seam welders would likely be more professional. OP has NIJ CPL listed products, and I imagine he will CPL list this plate. These IIIA panels are quite spendy though if you're looking for the whole carrier setup with wrap around.
