Nothing too complicated about this. For those who invested in Dead Air's KeyMo, This adapter has less threads to tolerance stack. I have occasionally seen complaints of issues with the CMMG adapter, but otherwise are spot on. Not sure why they put the brake ports on the bottom vs top, or even just left them off except left and right.
