DESCRIPTION
This plate is made in Mexico by Carolina Performance Fabrics. RTS doesn't have the country of origin on their label but various other resellers do. This is an actual CPL listed plate. Performance is on par with what I consider a more budget oriented plate. Had they used UHMWPE as a backer, resistance to some of the rounds would have been increased at least in theory.
No complaints with construction otherwise, but it's price point is a little high for a single curve model.
