Not sure when I'll post this. I've debated making it public, but at the same time this bullet and cartridge have existed/public knowledge for over 6yrs, and I've been using it on armor for the last year. There's no surprise the EPR bullet design seems to be the DO ALL bullet, except maybe for tight precision. I would have like fresh gel blocks for all shots, but I was working with what I had on hand. Based on the velocity and a calculated BC, this bullet still performs out to 800 M :D Cannelure vs no cannelure seemed to show no +/- in gel testing. I am curious if the cannelure will allow for less wear on the gun over time? I do not know if the cannelured version that's in production has a flat base penetrator (like as shown) or if it has a boattail.
I did send about 12 of these to MAC, as he doubted claims that these could exist outside of the military.
