DESCRIPTION
One of these days I'll be caught up with the pile of random surplus plates I've been sent :D These are early 2000's SAPI plates. I would say the SAPI Small marked was the winner performance wise mainly due to the thicker strike face. I do believe plates today are made to the SAPI threat standard, and they seem to be a good contender as an RF2 panel. Amazing that the reduced velocity 6.8 went through the SAPI L plate..
