DESCRIPTION
In celebration of Halloween, Mee-yu wanted to show off her mega banette costume to a big city and play a bit with the citizens playing as a giant ghost invading the town. Mee-yu doesn't understand the meaning of Halloween and sees it only as a big fancy dress party where she can scare some humans~
