DESCRIPTION
Here's something out of the blue. I needed something to take my mind off of how miserable I'm at animating, so I focused on how miserable I am at painting. But, I think, I'm definitely improving.
And a little spice - a contest! Whoever can supply the name of this character and the reference to the lavander water in the comments first, gets a sketch! It can be whatever you want as long as it's connected to the fetish and isn't too elaborate.
