Contest finished: Lucy D'Yalvol guessed correctly that this is the Shaman from Populous 3: the Beginning. For the unfamiliar: she's a shaman, a leader of her tribe, and through the game she's trying to ascend to godhood. I choose her because she's an all powerful, barefoot lady who's in charge of a village full of male followers. It seemed appropriate. The title of the file name Genny is short for Genesis or Beginning.
This one didn't come out as I planned, so I used it mostly for experimentation. That's why it looks like such a hodge-podge. I also won't be making this one public, this one is going to remain patreon-exclusive.
