When recurring billing is paused and you have the free membership active, you may run into a small issue where you can’t view the corresponding welcome message, and renewing the subscription may not be allowed due to the pause. So here’s a quick solution:
Go to the Membership tab.
Edit the free membership and cancel it.
Go back to the Membership tab.
Press F5 or refresh the page, and the welcome message for your corresponding tier will appear.
This issue is temporary until the pause in recurring billing ends and the membership is renewed.I apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding. Have a nice day :3.
