[Design Council] April animation vote

Ahoy!! 

As design council members, you can vote on which of these March requests will be turned into animations next month.Unfortunately, due to a busy schedule I can't promise two animations like I did in February.

Winner: Interactive quickie

Second place: Animation

Third place: Finished art

As usual, please do not vote for your own requests. This is to keep the votes fair.I will be cutting the votes off at 12pm GMT on Monday the 31st of March.

A few notes:

Hex Maniac has been excluded from this poll because I didn't get time to finish her. I liked my original idea for the sketch but I don't think I did it proper justice. I want to have more time to flesh it out, so she will be a request I carry over to next month. She'll be in the running's for May's animations instead!

I know this poll has gone out before I've finished Okayu, but please just hold on a little longer. I'm working on her right now :')
