I feel like I have to post these far too often but…I wanted to keep everyone updated given the situation with me now.
Unfortunately I am on break right now. The reason for this is an extremely bad pinched nerve combined with a repetitive stress injury. Pretty much Sunday and Monday I was crying with excruciating pain that wasn’t responding to any medication. I could barely lift my arm let alone even start drawing and I couldn’t even find a position to sleep without extreme pain. This is partially my own fault, I ignored some bad signs and kept drawing last week beside the increasing pain. I haven’t posted anything about it til’ now because it was so bad I could barely type beyond the odd message.
So I’m on a mandatory break week from both my NSFW stuff and my IRL job. Good news, it is improving. I will need to start seeing a Physiotherapist but my first priority is to make sure I’m okay long term which means absolutely no drawing (I have been threatened by multiple people not to take up a pen).
I will most likely be back next week to OFD and catching up on stuff. For now I need to rest.
Genuinely thank you for everyone for being understanding. These past few months have been a wild ass ride for me and the last two weeks have been a bit of a wake up call for me in terms of my career and health.
